Shipping policy

After the checkout process and confirmation of your order, you will receive an email letting you know that your order has been fulfilled successfully. You will receive a follow-up email and tracking number once your order has been shipped. All orders ship via USPS or UPS and will include a tracking number. If you have any questions or concerns regarding shipping, you may contact us directly.

All orders are shipped via USPS or UPS. Cost calculated at checkout. Be sure to check product descriptions for more info.

Pre-Made products will be fulfilled and shipped within 1-3 business days. 

Pre-Order products will be processed, produced and shipped within 2-4 weeks.

NOTE: Please do not purchase Pre-Made items with Pre-Order items together. If you do so, the Pre-Made item will become a Pre-Order item in order for us ship both items out together.
