Refunds/Returns
ALL SALES ARE FINAL (NO REFUNDS)
Due to increasing demand and limited supply, we only offer EXCHANGES. A majority of our pieces are made-to-order. This means that once an order is placed, it then gets immediately send to our supplier! (For more on Exchanges, see below).
Exchanges
We have a three-day return policy for size exchanges. This means that once you have received your order, you then have three days to request an exchange in size. To be eligible for an exchange, your item MUST be returned in the same condition you received it. The item Must be unworn or unused, with its tags and in its original packaging. You will also be asked to provide a proof of purchase or your receipt.
To begin the exchange process, you may contact us at Dbandzstudios@gmail.com. Once your exchange request is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label and shipping instructions, so that you know how and where to ship your package. The fastest way to ensure you get the item you
want is by returning the item you received, and after your request is accepted, you will make a separate purchase for the new item.
WE DO NOT ACCEPT ANY ITEMS SENT BACK PRIOR TO AN EXCHANGE REQUEST.

Size issues
Upon receiving your order, please inspect your order and contact us immediately if the item doesn’t fit properly or if you receive the wrong item. We will then evaluate the issue and make it right!
UNFORTUNATELY, WE DO NOT ACCEPT RETURNS ON SALE ITEMS OR GIFT CARD PURCHASES.
